Press notice
Where the press releases come from, how Shooter-Media-TV handles footage from public space and what applies to authorities, press offices and emergency services.

Press releases of the authorities
The press releases on the video pages come from the authorities named with them, usually the press offices of the police headquarters, fire brigades and district offices, and Shooter-Media-TV reproduces them unchanged. Source, date and, where available, the reference to the publication on presseportal.de appear with the text. Title, teaser, category and location of a page, by contrast, are generated automatically from the video description; see Automatic processing.
Shooter-Media-TV does not comment on the cause of or blame for an event. The issuing authorities are responsible for the statements in their releases; corrections an authority publishes later are adopted as soon as they reach us.
Footage from public space
The videos are produced as press work in public space. Affected persons are not shown identifiably, number plates of private vehicles involved in accidents are blurred, and there are no close-ups of injured or deceased persons. Emergency services are part of the event during an operation and are shown as such.
Anyone who considers their rights infringed by a recording can reach us through the contact form or the channels listed in the imprint. We examine every complaint and remove or change material where that is warranted.
Comments on YouTube
Shooter-Media-TV expressly distances itself from third-party comments under the videos on YouTube; details are on the disclaimer page.
